JUST HAVE FUN!

Life is hard and painful enough with family, work, all of the lovely and not so lovely things in between, illness and the real world that seems to never stop throwing problems at us.

Do not forget to laugh when you are laughing there is no room for the vibration of sadness or anger. Take a walk, let's make that run and for at least 20 minutes daily.

Sweat kicks up the endorphine factor and that makes a happy brain, which means a happy YOU!

Dont let working inturrupt living...Oh, what is living? You know that thing that is supposed to bring you joy, peace and a smile from time to time. My suggestion to you is find a class what ever it is and go there at least twice a week...even if it's cooking you enjoy????

It will bring you some "Youness" so you can be able to give parts of you away again. If we loose sight on yourselves and what brings you joy and energy...what a sad world it will be...hey everybody is doin' their thing. Why should you hold up the whole world cooking, cleaning, worrying, shopping taking care of everything?...go have some fun!!!

"You" will not be a happy camper and no-one will want to be around YOU not even you.

Get out an DO IT!

Sick of being sick?

Does it sometimes feel like you can't get passed that hump or reach that level of strength that you know you once had? Whether working out or just doing daily chores something is not right. You used to run and jump, but now you cant even think of walking fast to get through the check out without catching your breath or reading this sentence.

You've been to the doctor and recieved a bill of health along with the three hundred dollar bill of hell and you are still hitting a brick wall. What can it be? Well, it could be viral or bacterial infection that the doctors are overlooking, your thyroid or epstien-barr something like low blood iron. These symptoms of feeling tired and drug across the floor can go undetected and the doctor may throw you an antidepressant that may only exsasserbate the problem.

First look at your diet, its the easiest place to look for the energy culprit. Sugars and empty carbs can rob the body of its natural energy sources. Sugar at first gives you a jolt, but later it can run you into the ground, the "Sugar Blues". Protiens are energy producers, salts (Celtic salt) are important for life and energy keeping the cells hydrated, otherwise we dehydrate from daily sweating. You must replenish minerals for the body to have power and energy.

Make sure you are not having a bout with Epstien Barr yes, its a virus that can attack anyone who has been exposed to Mononucleosis (Which is everyone). This virus is tricky and sometimes hard to detect, ask your doctor to take your blood Titers it will tell if you have the virus. Then have them run the thyroid test, it never tells the truth you have to be very careful and look for symptoms. Like cold extemeties, hair falling out, eyebrows that are fading and depression there are a litany more.

be smart and take your health into your own hands, our bodies belong to us not the doctor he has his own body to worry about plus yours. Help him help you and get informed of how the body works and you will find out why you feel so crappy.

Then come check out www.dropopp.com you will find your green drinks and juicers there to help ou on your POWER journey!

Happy Healthing

Green Drinks Give Life!

When I was tired and sick, and sick of being sick and tired, I went to the medical doctor and he said everything was fine, here's some anti depressants. I threw them right in the garbage after having a bad reaction, serotonin syndrome they call it I call it fire from head to toe. I sought an alternative doctor and he discovered I had low blood sugar, low iron, low brain function (was I dead)? Yeah, I felt like it.

The Hippie doctor (my kids referred to him as) introduced to a product that turned my life around. Biotics Nitro Greens, it gave me the power to get off my duff and get to walking and running after I had been crawling for about two years. I take the stuff every morning, just a heaping tablespoon in apple juice and I m good to go and go you will, in every sense of the word. It is an oxygen builder and a cleanser of the liver, anything green will help detox the liver. Your hair skin and nails will thank you. Your neighbors will wonder why you have on your running shoes at 6am instead of a cup of coffee and the morning paper in your hand.

Change your life and way of thinking take steps to living a healthy happy long life!

you will find Nitro Greens at your local health food store or for a lower price check out

Family Poverty in America...

Poverty has hit and run over the middle class, taking away their, jobs, dignity and their comfortable status they once enjoyed. Think of the poor that have already been living in and under the poverty level, now sharing their exclusive title with people who are not used to this way of life. They won't be lonely that's for sure. The Census Bureau has released its 2011 report on poverty in America, 46.2 million people are living in  low income. These numbers translate to 1 in 7 Americans that are poor.

There has been a recent study on poverty and the outcome was, a high percentage of the poor, have air conditioning, microwaves, cable television, cell phones and in some cases computers and internet. I sure hope so! The reason is, they used to have money and jobs. These people are the former middle class, now to be titled the "New poor". In order to succeed and get out of the poverty trap, people have to understand and keep up with technology,  they need their laptops, air conditioning, and yeah how 'bout a fridge and that icrowave? Or their chances of leaving the low income realm is really not in their favor. People become depressed and loose hope that life will return to what they used to know.

Obesity also runs ramped in the poor sector as well. If people live in poverty they have a higher chance of being obese, because nutritious foods are expensive and processed foods are much cheaper. Education is an important factor in changing the poverty mindset and dont forget faith and will of the spirit. If people don't have the money they cannot buy nutritional supplements and healthy regimins for their family. The poor are left trying to feed their families on little income after paying house, car, and necessities, cheap processed food goes further than organic whole foods.

Is there an answer to this problem? Sure, there is. Realistically the little guy cannot fix the bigger issues, but each person can be responsible for themselves and the world around them. Stay focused, investigate on how to stay healthy, even though funds are tight. Learn how to make healthier meals instead of using processed carbs, which can lead to obesity and illness.  Education is a staple, whether going to the library (which is free) or borrowing a friends computer. Keep updated on the world and new technologies. This will help when applying for a new job, showing you are still among the living. Stay proactive in the fight against poverty. Keep an attitude of gratitude and never give up,  dont fall for poverty and its mindset. Dropopp.com is part of the puzzle of hope, by bringing the community's helping hands together and offsetting prices of electronics, health products, and other needed items.  This platform was created for the consumer to afford great products for a happy life.

September 11th Everybody's Talkin'...

The news is bombarded with the 10th anniversary of this September 11th one of the worst tradgedy's in history. You watch as they play over and over again, the footage of the buildings collapsing.
As the dust finds its way into every little crack and crevasse of Lower Manhattan. Then come the interviews with the men who have cancer from the chemicals they have inhaled from being involved in the human searches and cleaning up debris from the wreckage.

Ten years has passed and the widows of the lost have found somehow, someway to reconstruct their lives, like the reconstruction of the ground zero site. Now there are waterfalls replacing what once was home to many a New Yorker, for at least 8 hours of their day. An introverted look inside what used to stand tall and proud...water forever flowing, endless as the tears that have been shed for the last decade by mothers who have lost their sons, fathers who have lost their daughters, wives who grieve their husbands and the list goes on...

How can humans behave in such a manner toward one another? It's beyond the comprehension of the sane mind.
Retaliation? To who or what...Doesn't evil beget evil and hate beget hate?
Where does it end? We better ask ourselves this as individuals,  nations, countries, and as a planet.

Find someone to bless today...buy them a cup of coffee
ask them if they need something if you can help them do it.

Your world will become a better place, Make a new and better memory on this Day

Rain Rain Go Away...

What do we do on a rainy day?

The cat and the hat used to write whimsical rhymes,
of how to spend rainy days in these economical hard times.

You can play hide and seek with the kids,
or  take a few moments looking at the other sides of your eyelids.

sugar and spice with flour is nice,
makes for a chunky overwieght you, watch that last slice.

hammers and nails, new paint and shelves,
quite an endeavor to do by ourselves.

but shopping is fun and can be done with just one
little click of your mouse,
staying quietly nestled in your warm dry house.

I like this idea - the doc says it's good for the blood pressure ;)
and shopping at www.dropopp.com will save you money with much pleasure!

Mom's are happy...

You can smell fall in the air. The nights are cooler, the morning dew is getting that frosty glintz, the kind where you can hear a bit of a crunch when you step on it.
Ah, the children are returning back to their school desks, books and friends.
It's so fun when summer break starts, but the beach and sun even gets boring after a while. By this time you and the kids are whinning for a change.

Secretly mom's are celebrating every moment the return of the school season approaches. Underneath their breath the kids are too.
The redundancy of summer brings a yearning for the smell of wooden no-2 pencil shavings and their notebooks, by the end of the semester the grafitti has replaced the once shiny covers and their routines are in place.

Soon they will be wearing their snow boots and gloves. The end of summer is a time to celebrate the return of your home to a quiet retreat for at least six hours five days a week unless they are away for school then the party is really on (for who them or you)?. Mom's it's okay to celebrate the season of the empty nest but remember, far to soon it will be this way forever.

Do some school shopping at your favorite place... http://www.dropopp.com/ where prices are dropping and you are opping!

What can you do with the summertime blues?

Okay so your hot and sticky most of the time and you're tired of the same old routine. That means the crankies are comin' out in you and the people around you.

Here are some answers to your summertime blues...
Look beyond your self to the next person. Do a good deed for someone else or the community, it will take your mind off of those blues.

* Help the kids in the neighborhood create a lemonade stand. You can decorate signs and pitch in on the cost of the cups and lemonade. This gives you a lift and teaches the kids how to run a business. Appoint each child a duty, one can be responsible to take the money, one can be in charge of making the lemonade, a few are needed to hold up signs and bring in the customers. How can anyone say "No" to a cute little smile and a cup of cold lemonade?

* Have a bake sale and raise money for the kids in the community who need backpacks and school supplies. Get the mothers and kids involved. You will be teaching them how to bake and  be a benevolent person.

* The Trend for 2011 is to volunteer. With the economy still at a stand still, people need to take things into their own hands,  raising hope together. Have a community dance lesson on a Friday night (Look for dance lessons on You Tube). Download some High energy Country music and take it to your local church or community Elks, or Moose Lodge. There are venues, one just needs to ask! Charge a dollar or a donation and give the proceeds to a cause in your town.

* Babysit for a mom who is struggling to work and needs relief of paying a sitter. You can connect with needy moms through your local Family Services or Church. Post a sign "WILL BABYSIT" for free. Of course they will want to play it safe and get to know you a little first.

* Go shopping for an elderly person who is home bound. Everyone has a neighbor who needs this kind of help. If not shopping for them, take them with you. How 'bout stop for lunch and treat them to a sandwich.

* If you don't have time for shopping and lunch, offer to buy lunch for a needy person on the street or in the fast food restaurant. Even your most affluent towns have a few homeless people. Especially these days.

* Mow someones grass for them. Wait till the sun goes down, in this heat you could get in trouble if your not careful.

* Surprise your neighbor by taking out his garbage (who doesn't hate that job)? Unless they have a CuJO guard dog, then think of something else to do for them. Wash their car while your washing your own!

These activities of giving to the less fortunate and your community, brings joy and energy to their lives and your own. You will surely forget about the summertime blues.

Take care of your back and butt...

Is this happening to you?
When sitting long hours at your desk, you can feel your booty and spine are undergoing a great assault. Well, flat booty's are not fun to sit on, nor fun to look at, and the spine's health is under a worse attack.

But trying to find the proper computer chair at an affordable price has been a challenge to mankind since the invention of the computer. You know you need to look for the proper seating accommodation but the prices are hitting you from the stool. You may have started your journey with a hard chair and went from there to a padded leather "Cadillac" version, and in between you tried the knee thingy. Still OUCHY!

We found a solution to your back and booty polution. Dr. Weinzoff created an ergonomic design that stacks the spine for improved alignment, tightens the core for whole-body stability and provides ergonomic back support to eliminate pain and improve posture. This chair is a great addition to your health regimen, helping to achieve the best results in your work and your body especially while putting in those long hours at the desk.
Of course the removable anti burst Balance Ball is created free of latex and the six most harmful phthalates (plastics).

We discovered the Gaiam Balance Ball chair for a lower price at amazon.com or even for less at www.dropopp.com.
Before your booty is held hostage with numbing pain – give the Gaiam Chair a try.

Happy Balancing!
