What do we do on a rainy day?
The cat and the hat used to write whimsical rhymes,
of how to spend rainy days in these economical hard times.
You can play hide and seek with the kids,
or take a few moments looking at the other sides of your eyelids.
sugar and spice with flour is nice,
makes for a chunky overwieght you, watch that last slice.
hammers and nails, new paint and shelves,
quite an endeavor to do by ourselves.
but shopping is fun and can be done with just one
little click of your mouse,
staying quietly nestled in your warm dry house.
